The Sustainability Tool and its comprehensive suite of products aim to enhance the sustainability of your business, as well as that of your clients and suppliers. The platform serves as an all-encompassing solution for the collection, aggregation, measurement, and reporting of sustainability impacts within your organisation, its projects, and supply chain.
Please ensure the data you input is as precise as possible. This data often relates to your operational activities and is crucial for assessing the sustainability impact of your work. Examples of the types of data typically required include but are not limited to; litres of fuel consumed, amounts of waste generated, number of employees, hours dedicated to volunteering, and quantities of materials used in your operations. Please note that these examples are illustrative and not exhaustive. The accuracy of this information is vital, as it underpins key decision-making processes within your business and across your projects and/or supply chain.
Action Sustainability bears no liability for inaccuracies in the data you provide. It is your responsibility to verify the correctness of your data. Should you discover any errors, we encourage you to promptly rectify them.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to operate the Tool, comply with the law, or protect our rights. By using this platform, you consent to share your data with designated clients and collaborators, explicitly outlined within the platform’s operations. The platform clearly specifies the clients with whom your data is shared, either through your direct selection of clients or by your participation in a client’s account. All data handling processes comply with EU and UK GDPR regulations. You bear the responsibility for ensuring that no personal information is uploaded in contravention of these regulations.

The Tool is intended for lawful and appropriate use. Misuse, such as unauthorised access or tampering with data, is strictly prohibited.
The Tool, including all associated logos and software, is the property of Action Sustainability. You are permitted to export data and take system screenshots for business purposes, but these cannot be claimed as your own or reverse-engineered.
We reserve the right to modify the Tool or these terms as necessary. Users will be informed of any such changes through their preferred method of communication or directly within the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, which will also be the jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
