Mel brings 22 years of expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and sustainability.

She specialises in integrating sustainability into procurement processes and supply chains, developing ESG-based metrics, and crafting corporate and project policies. Mel’s work includes creating sustainable procurement toolkits, designing training workshops, and embedding ISO 20400 into major projects, notably achieving the highest social value score for High Speed 2 Enabling Works.

Her clients include Imperial College London, Amtico, Keepmoat Homes, Welsh Government, and NHS Barts Trust, among others. Mellita is also experienced in developing tender questions, scoring systems, contract clauses in alignment with government sustainability policies.

Outside of work, Mel enjoys cooking new recipes on weekends and relaxing in the park with a book, while watching puppies chase squirrels.
