Vaishali brings over 14 years of global experience in procurement and transformation, having worked with Fortune 100 companies.

She specialises in embedding sustainability and social value into procurement processes and category management. Vaishali is completing a doctorate in sustainable procurement and was named a Top 100 Woman in Supply Chain in 2021.

In her role, Vaishali assists clients in integrating the social aspects of sustainability into their procurement strategies, aligning with international standards and ESG considerations. Her work encompasses developing policies, conducting ISO 20400 evaluations, and delivering workshops to ensure sustainability is embedded throughout procurement processes.

As the leader of the Social Value Group at the Supply Chain Sustainability School, Vaishali drives industry solutions and authors reports on social value and procurement.

Her clients include NHS SCCL, SSE plc, University of Cambridge, Siemens Mobility, and Allwyn Entertainment, among others. Outside of work, Vaishali is a travel enthusiast, minimalist, and meditation disciple, committed to spreading awareness about the critical role of sustainable supply chains.
